These terms apply to the R&M Roofing mobile app (iOS and Android) and related builds operated by R&M Roofing and Exteriors, 11278 Fillmore St NE, Blaine, MN 55434.
The service
The app lets you browse company information and project gallery, request a roofing or exterior estimate (including satellite roof outline, materials, add-ons, and photos), and request an inspection. Guest browsing does not require an account. Submitting or saving requests requires sign-in (email, Google, or Apple where available). Authorized staff may use admin features to manage requests and catalog data.
Estimates and inspections
Any instant price range shown in the app is indicative only. It is not a contract and not a final bid. The official number is the estimate our crew sends after reviewing your request. Inspection requests are requests for follow-up, not a guarantee of schedule until confirmed by our team. Materials, labor, site conditions, and local requirements can change the total.
Your account and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit, including address, roof outline, location pins, materials, inspection details, and photos. Keep login credentials secure. If you use Continue with Google or Sign in with Apple, you also follow that provider’s terms.
Photos, location, and notifications
Photos and media you upload are used only to quote, inspect, and perform work you asked for. Do not upload images of people who have not agreed, or unrelated files. Location and push notifications are optional device permissions; see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to access another customer’s requests, scrape the service, or submit false information. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty on browsing content
Service descriptions and gallery images are for information. They do not guarantee that the same materials or pricing apply to every property in our service area.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages from using the app. Work performed under a signed estimate or contract is governed by that agreement, not only these app terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
